Bookings are only confirmed once client submits a 50% non-refundable deposit fee. All booking payments must be made to Mermaidmerlot@gmail.com via Paypal no later than 7 days prior the scheduled event. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings cancelled at least 7 days prior scheduled event will receive a 50% refund of their purchase. Refunds will not be accepted if cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the event.  All event bookings are rain or shine, please plan accordingly. We do not refund events due to weather. If you would like to reschedule due to unforeseen weather conditions, you may request a credit for the monetary amount of your booking.

If Mermaid Merlot LLC cannot attend the event at their discretion, client will receive a 100% complete refund. 

Safety First

Please keep safety in mind. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur, unless they are a direct result of our company. Mermaid Merlot LLC is certified to work with children and has received backround check approval. Parent or Guardian supervision is highly reccomended at children's parties.
