Once your order is accepted,
You will receive an order acceptance email. (Availability is limited based upon our available open order slots at any given time) During this time, you may further share any photos, thoughts, or information about how you would like us to make your top. After our consultation, you will receive a PayPal Invoice. We cannot begin your order until payment is received.
All Mermaid Bra Orders may take up to 1-3 months to complete. We welcome you to ask anytime you would like an update during the process. Once completed, you will receive a tracking number for your package. We are not responsible for lost and or stolen items.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have any concerns with your order, please email us at mermaidmerlot@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
